The heat is taking me longer to adjust to then I thought. I guess it being 100 plus everyday means it is hot! On a less positive note, I tore my other hand today. I guess it is what I get for not doing pull ups for months. I think it will just take time to condition my hands and to the heat.

I am going to start going to the gym in the morning. 0615 class. It is early but it is what I need to do to make sure I can get to the gym. I hope that it works out. I am excited again and can not wait to get back into the gym everyday. There is no better feeling in the world.

Tomorrow I start orientation. I am excited to meet new people. The journey is starting!
